Overcoming Depression audioOvercoming Depression: Talks with Your Therapist (available in cd format and downloadable audio tracks), is a series of eight talks from Professor Paul Gilbert in which he explores how depression affects us in different ways and offers insights into things that can help us cope and lift depression.

Download the tracks direct to your computer in MP3 format, download single tracks, listen to the tracks at your own pace. Some tracks are free, others cost £2 each, there are 8 talks varying in length from 8 to 23mins.

Free tracks can be downloaded immediately, just click on the "Download" link in the right-hand column (you'll need to login or if you are new to the site you will need to register, this takes a couple of minutes, click "Login/register" on the left of your screen).

You will need a player which accepts mp3 formats (for many microsoft users windows media player will recognise the files).

To download chargeable modules you must be registered and logged in (click "Login/register" on the left of your screen). Click the checkbox in the right-hand column, and the module will be moved to your trolley.
