Overcoming Chronic Fatigue

Dr Mary Burgess and Professor Trudie Chalder

Mary Burgess has worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the area of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for more than ten years. She is both a clinician and a researcher, at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine (GKT) in London. Much of her research has been into ways to bring treatment to CFS patients who, because of their illness, have difficulty attending her clinics.

The Overcoming Chronic Fatigue self-help guide was written by Dr Burgess in conjunction with Trudie Chalder, Professor of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Director of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Research and Treatment Unit at GKT.

Overcoming Chronic Fatigue is a self-help guide that can help you to manage your fatigue and overcome the restrictions upon your life that result from it.
