Mary Burgess has worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the area of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for more than ten years. She is both a clinician and a researcher, at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine (GKT) in London. Much of her research has been into ways to bring treatment to CFS patients who, because of their illness, have difficulty attending her clinics.
